Plus Ca Change…

The Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS)…plus ce la meme chose. The more things change, the more they stay the same. Once upon a time, I was trained in the how-to killing Russians; it’s just the way things were, back then. Russian agents, we were told, were after our industrial and military secrets; and they could be anyone, anywhere.

Then The Wall came down and we were told that, from that moment on, everything had changed. The Ruskies weren’t going to be the enemy anymore; we didn’t have to be constantly on the lookout for commie spies; we could relax now. Then, along came Dmitriy Olshevsky and Yelena Olshevskaya:, operatives with the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR), the successor to the KGB.  They had been Russian sleeper agents, living in Canada under the pseudonyms of Ian and Laurie Lambert until they were caught and promptly gotten rid of in 1996:

After a period of hesitation, the Russian intelligence services, for example, were reinvigorated by the passage of a new bill on foreign intelligence collection, signed into law by President Yeltsin in July, 1992. Since then, there have been several examples of traditional espionage activities by Russia. In May, 1996, two Russian illegal officers living in Canada under the assumed identities of deceased Canadians were arrested as a result of a Service investigation. Dmitriy Olshevsky and Yelena Olshevskaya, living in Toronto under their developing legend of Ian and Laurie Lambert, admitted membership in the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service to an immigration hearing and were deported from Canada.

Then, there were the two Russian diplomats kicked out of Canada in 2002. They were military attaches at the Russian Embassy in Ottawa, long suspected by many of being a front for Russian spies.

And now what do we have? This bullcrap. A “foreign national operating under the alias Paul William Hampel” has been arrested in Montreal while trying to leave the country (with what, we don’t and may never know) and (surprise, surprise) although no such details have been confirmed as of this writing, he looks to be yet another Russian spy:

OTTAWA — The federal government is moving quickly to deport an alleged spy arrested in Montreal on a rarely used national security certificate.

The man was taken into custody by the Canada Border Services Agency on Tuesday.

Court documents made public today say he is a foreign national operating under the alias Paul William Hampel.

The papers accuse him of engaging “in an act of espionage or an act of subversion” and posing “a danger to the security of Canada.”

Hardly any surprise, is it, that word of this has promptly spread far and wide across the globe in only a few hours?

The only good news in this whole mess is that the government isn’t dawdling about getting rid of the bugger. The question is: when are we going to get laws that make it harder for these bozos and other undesirables to get into, and stay in, the country in the first place?

The Grits had years to do something, but all they did was to make the problem worse. The Dippers are too petrified of doing anything that might be even remotely seen as politically incorrect, so they’re useless in this, too. The Blocheads? Don’t even bother going there.

Gee… I wonder who that leaves? 🙄

UPDATE: Ahmed Moalin-Mohamed

London Ontario PoliceOkay, everybody, I finally managed to get my mitts on a better photo of our marvelous injustice system’s latest fugitive, Ahmed Moalin-Mohamed. The pic was found on the London Police Service’s website so, naturally, it’s a mugshot. The second is the same pic, just taken from the TO Star’s website and of a bit better quality.  Moalin-Mohamed was released on bail by boneheaded Justice of the Peace Jack Carroll (who’s been suspiciously off the radar himself, lately) on October 24 and took less than two weeks to fly the coop three days ago, the day before his bail was up for review. Of course. Don’t you just love our little catch-and-release system?

Police believe that this trigger-happy troublemaker has made like a bird and flocked off from TO and is likely now back in London again, so keep your eyes open. Anyone spotting him can contact London Police Service at 661-5670 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).

COMMUNITY ALERT: London, Ontario

Why, yes, I AM PISSED OFF... how can you tell?As if we didn’t have enough arseholes in this city already, police are now reporting that they think 23-year old Ahmed Moalin-Mohamed may have made his way back to London in defiance of a bail condition that he stay out of Middlesex County unless it was for a court date. He was ordered to live at the address of his mother (Mabelle Avenue, in TO) and obey a curfew, too. Aw, but he promised… 🙄 Golly, what are the chances that a scumbag that would shoot four people would lie?

This here is the only photo that I’ve been able to find of this waste of skin. Keep your eyes open. If you see this bugger, CALL THE COPS:

Poof

CourtsWell, well; isn’t THIS just a big God damned frigging surprise? Need any more proof that the courts (and more particularly, the pussyass leftist, social engineering judges that preside over them) need to take a good one upside the head and get put in their place right quick? Okay, then, here it is.

AsshatteryFirst, he shoots four people in downtown London on Thanksgiving weekend. Then, some punkass judge lets him just stroll out of jail free as a bird. Now, Ahmed Moalin-Mohammed has just up and disappeared. That’s right: the son of a bitch hasn’t been seen in over two days. Let’s all take a moment to have another look at some of the highlights of this latest asshattery of our criminal-coddling injustice system, shall we? Here goes:

  1. He shot FOUR damn people in the middle of a crowded parking lot, fer chrissakes.
  2. He had himself NO FIXED ADDRESS. For those not familiar with that term, it means that he didn’t live anywhere.
  3. Despite being charged with over a dozen offences, including aggravated assault and ATTEMPTED MURDER, dumbass Justice of the Peace Jack Carroll lets him bugger off, as happy as a lark (and no doubt giggling out his arsehole at the impotence of our justice system and the gullibility of the eunichs that preside over its courts), because he crossed his heart and promised to stay at his mommy’s house.
  4. Just to put a nice little cherry on top of all of this, the prick somehow had security clearance at Toronto’s Pearson International airport.

Cue the usual suspects to come out of the woodwork and tell us that locking up criminals solves nothing. Has anyone else noticed how that crowd seems to be made up exclusively of people that have never been the victim of a crime themselves? Just wondering.

RantsThe fact of the matter is that the courts are out of control. The rights of the guilty mean everything and deterrence, denunciation, punishment, the rights of victims and the security of society as a whole mean less than nothing. Sure, if there’s a big enough public outcry, they might, maybe, unf#*% themselves and fly right for a while. But as soon as the ruckus dies down and John Q. Canadian goes back to sleep, it’ll be right back to business as usual, with the revolving door on the jailhouse running overtime to make up for the “backlog.”

Just what the hell is it going to take before judges in this country pull their heads out of their backsides and start treating crime like the serious issue that it is? The answer to that question is simple. It’s crass, cynical and more than a little vulgar but it’s still simple:

  • Judges will get serious about theft when enough judges’ cars get stolen.
  • Judges will get serious about violence when enough judges get beaten up.
  • Judges will get serious about murder when enough judges’ brothers or sons get killed.
  • Judges will get serious about rape when enough judges’ wives or daughters get raped.

Disgusting, you say? Of course it is; but try and prove me wrong.

Go ahead; try it. I dare you.

And STAY The Hell Out!

Thumbs up!WatsonWell now, I don’t know about the rest of you, but I was about due for some good news. So here it is: Hamilton’s CH News (along with a bunch of other outlets) are reporting that Malcolm Watson has been arrested at an Ontario – New York border crossing while trying to enter Canada.

Watson, you might remember, is the perv teacher from south of the border who was “exiled to Canada” for being caught having sex with one of his students. Some bozo judge in Buffalo thought it would be a good idea for him to run around free up here instead of locking his sorry ass up in a US jail.

Well, guess what, buddy? Bleep off We aren’t taking him! Keep your trash in your own backyard.

One More Frustrated Cop

CourtsAsshatteryHere we have it, yet more judicial asshattery. And here we have yet another frazzled cop sounding off what everyone with two brain cells to rub together has known for years: courts coddle criminals. As some of you might remember, I wrote a while ago about a scumbag named Ahmed Moalin-Mohamed who was caught after shooting four (count ’em: FOUR) people in downtown London less than three weeks ago. And guess what? Even though he faces 13 charges, including attempted murder, Moalin-Mohamed (of NO FIXED ADDRESS, no less. No, I’m not making that up.) strolled out of court, free as a bird, on bail.

London police Chief Murray Faulkner, however, summed it up by saying what was pretty much on everybody’s minds:

Faulkner said he wasn’t surprised Ahmed Moalin-Mohamed was released Tuesday to live with his mother in Toronto. “I see this time and time again,” he said.

The justice system too often releases people on bail awaiting trial despite long records or alleged participation in a violent crime, he said.
