As if we didn’t have enough arseholes in this city already, police are now reporting that they think 23-year old Ahmed Moalin-Mohamed may have made his way back to London in defiance of a bail condition that he stay out of Middlesex County unless it was for a court date. He was ordered to live at the address of his mother (Mabelle Avenue, in TO) and obey a curfew, too. Aw, but he promised… 🙄 Golly, what are the chances that a scumbag that would shoot four people would lie?

CTV and other media are reporting that 10-year-old [name removed], reported abducted by a convicted pedophile, has been found alive. More details are here and here.

UPDATE:

RCMP are still hunting Peter Robert Joseph Whitmore in connection with the disappearance of 10 year old [name removed] of Whitewood, Sask. on Sunday, July 30.

[name removed] is described as white, 4’5″ tall, about 70 pounds with red hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing black track pants with a red and white stripe and running shoes.

Whitmore is also believed to be travelling in the company of 14-year-old [name removed], who was last seen July 22 in Brandon, Man. Jordan is described as 5’6″ tall, 150 pounds, with blue-green eyes and brown hair. Their current whereabouts at the time of this writing are unknown but police believe they are still in Western Canada. A nationwide warrant has been issued for Whitmore’s arrest.

Whitmore is believed to be driving a 1988 blue Dodge Caravan with wood panelling, similar to the one pictured below, and bearing Alberta license plate CUS 532.

Whitmore has a l0ong history of abducting and abusing children (and getting pathetically limp sentences for it). If you see this asshole, DO NOT try to be a hero. As much as I can relate to the idea of gunning this bastard down on sight, there is a 10-year-old child to worry about here. If you spot this bugger, CALL THE COPS IMMEDIATELY. Okay, let’s start off by saying that this may or may not be anything but I’m a firm believer in the “better safe than sorry” method of life management. Certain events in London, Ontario lately have raised some serious concerns with many local residents who have contacted me, so I’m going to pass them on here. Remember, though: nothing is official yet and the cops don’t seem to worried at this point.

Here’s what’s got everybody all itchy in Ontario: In a period of just over two weeks, three local women from the London area have turned up dead and two of them have been found floating in the Thames river.

The body of Line Therrien, 39, from St. Thomas, was pulled from the Thames on July 8. Therrien had left her home about midnight two days before and police are still trying to piece togeather the missing hours between then and when her body was found.

The same day that Line Therrien was found in the Thames, Sherry Quickfall, 45, of Belmont, was reported missing. The last word anyone heard from her was when a cellphone call she made to an immediate family member was “abruptly cut short.” According to Middlesex OPP Const. Doug Graham, “She (the relative) asked, ‘Are you all right?’ and then (her) phone went dead and that was the last time anybody heard from (Quickfall).” After a massive search, Quickfall’s remains were discovered on July 16. Police say that they do not suspect foul play.

The body of a third woman, whose name is being witheld at the request of her family, was found in the Thames on July 24. According to London Const. Amanda Pfeffer, this woman seems to have died from either medical causes or misadventure. “There’s no reason for us to suspect foul play,” she said.

While authorities are maintaining that there is nothing to worry about, and I do not want people jumping at shadows, my gut doesn’t like this. At all. London is a relatively small city, and three dead women in such a short time, two found in the same river, is just too suspicious for me to ignore. As the saying goes, “once is an accident; twice is coincidence; three times is enemy action.”

Just be careful. And keep your eyes peeled.

PARENTS OF CHILDREN IN THE TORONTO AREA: BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR THIS MAN

Although Toronto Police have, for some inexplicable reason, chosen not to make this information public, it is being provided here because we believe that it is our duty as Canadian citizens to alert parents to the danger that this man poses to children in the area. Dale Oswald’s name appears on the intake sheet of the Keele Correctional Centre, an open-door, come-and-go halfway house in the Junction area of the city, just south of Dundas.

In the interest of community safety, the Kingston Police, and Chief W. Closs under authority of the Police Services Act of Ontario, is disclosing the following information regarding 33 year old Dale OSWALD.

OSWALD is described as 6’ 7”, 350 lbs, Caucasian.

The above subject has completed his Provincial sentence and will be released to 508 Portsmouth Ave, Portsmouth Community Correctional Centre where he will be supervised by Corrections staff under a 10 year Long -Term Supervision Order.

OSWALD who is a self admitted Pedophile, particularly targets young boys and has also been diagnosed with a personality disorder. OSWALD suffers from bi-polar, anti-social and schizophrenic disorders that are further compounded by alcohol and substance abuse and a mild intellectual impairment. OSWALD is on conditions as a result of convictions from criminal trials in the Toronto Ont. area in 2004. These conditions stipulate OSWALD is not to be in or near any area where children under the age 14 years congregate, such as in schools, playgrounds, swimming pools, etc. OSWALD has a criminal record for sex related offences dating back to 1993. Contained in OSWALD’s record are numerous convictions for failing to abide by conditions of bail release, for attending known places where children congregate, and several convictions related to sex and violence.
